1. Refund Policy

GoNet provides digital eSIM services. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Cases:

  • eSIM not activated at all.
  • Proven technical failure preventing activation, caused by GoNet or the service provider.
  • Payment completed but eSIM data not delivered.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases:

  • After eSIM activation.
  • After partial or full use of the data.
  • Device incompatibility with eSIM.
  • User errors during installation or setup.
  • Network issues caused by local carriers beyond GoNet’s control.

Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be submitted through one of the following official channels:

All refund requests must include the order number and a clear description of the issue. Refund eligibility will be assessed strictly in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Refund Processing:

  • We process refund requests from our side within 24 hours. The final arrival of funds in your account depends entirely on bank processing times (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Payment gateway fees (2.9% + $0.40 USD) are non-refundable, as they are deducted by the payment provider and not by GoNet.

GoNet respects user privacy and processes personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and personal data at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Directly via the account deletion option available within your Profile settings.
  • By submitting a request through our Contact Us form, where our team will process the request promptly.

Upon deletion, all personal data associated with the account will be permanently removed, except where retention is legally required for accounting or compliance purposes.

11. International Data Transfers

Some data may be transferred outside the EU for processing by service providers such as:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Google Analytics for usage analysis.
  • Trustpilot for sending review invitations after a completed purchase. We share names and email addresses for this purpose. Trustpilot retains this data for 3 years, after which it is automatically deleted. You have the right to request deletion at any time via our Contact Us form, and such requests will be processed within 14 business days.

Such transfers are protected under Standard Contractual Clauses and other legally approved safeguards.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their devices support eSIM.
  • Service quality depends on local carriers.
  • Use of the service for unlawful or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.
