What is eSIM?

eSIM is a built-in digital SIM that lets you connect to the internet without needing a physical SIM card. It is activated by scanning a QR code.

Do I need a physical SIM card?

No. eSIM works completely without a physical SIM card.

Is eSIM secure?

Yes. eSIM is more secure than traditional SIM cards as it cannot be lost or stolen.

Can I use multiple eSIMs at the same time?
  • Choose your bundle and country
  • Complete payment
  • There are two ways to install the eSIM:
    1- Using the automatic installation link sent to your registered email or by scanning the QR code in the same email.
    2- Logging into 'My eSIMs' in your profile and clicking the automatic installation button or scanning the QR code.
  • eSIM activation will be automatic once you arrive at your destination airport
  • Enable the line upon arrival and enjoy the internet
When does the bundle validity start?

Bundle validity is automatically activated only upon your first network connection at your destination, allowing you to purchase in advance with full flexibility without losing any service time.

Can I install eSIM before traveling?

No. Your device must:

  • Support eSIM technology
  • Be network-unlocked

Does eSIM work on all networks?

Speed depends on local network coverage, usually 4G or 5G where available.

Usage & Troubleshooting

How do I check my remaining balance?

Please ensure:

  • Data Roaming is ON
  • eSIM is selected as the default data line
  • Restart your device

If the problem persists, contact technical support with your order details.

Does eSIM support calls and SMS?

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • After installation or activation
  • If the device is incompatible due to lack of prior verification
  • After the QR code is sent or made available in "My eSIMs"
